Biography

David Quenemoen approaches each new project as a collaborative effort. Listening first to understand the problem, David and his team then work to deliver a design solution specifically suited to his client’s particular needs. As he explains, “There is no ‘Page style'. Each design solution is unique and the result of a creative collaboration between the client, the team members, and other stakeholders.”

Over the course of his professional career, David has gained extensive experience on a full range of project types, including educational, healthcare, multifamily residential, research and corporate office buildings. His teams’ projects have won numerous awards for design excellence, among them the Houston office of Page.

The 25,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project transformed the interior of a downtown bank building into a light-filled workplace that stimulates creativity and nurtures collaboration. An example of how Page’s designers push beyond ordinary expectations, the project was recognized with a Design Award from AIA Houston and a Design Excellence Award from the Houston Decorative Center. “The willingness of the office leadership to embrace a novel and unusual design solution also speaks to the culture and innovation of the firm,” David says.
